Shameless Bragging...Part 2

We all know those mothers. The ones who are beyond obnoxious, bragging and shoving their kid's achievements in other moms' faces.

Today I'm going to be one of the obnoxious ones. And it's my blog, so I can do that.

Here is a video of Lauryn this afternoon working on her letters and "reading". I am unbelievably proud of my girl. The teacher inside me is jumping for joy, while the mother inside me is getting a little weepy. My "baby" is clearly not a baby anymore. Before we know it, she will be going to elementary school and reading entire books. Time passes way too quickly.

*Note: This is not a "staged" performance. She had no idea what words I was going to write! This is one of her new favorite activities.

Well, thanks a lot. I now have a huge bruise on my head from completely falling out of my chair! OH MY GOODNESS! I don't think proud is the right word. Way to go Lauryn!!! Maybe she can teach Ethan how to spell his name! Seriously, this is amazing.
