Allison copies almost everything Lauryn does. If Lauryn bangs her fork on the table, Allie bangs her fork on the table. When Lauryn runs like a banshee through the house, Allison is right behind her running like a banshee. If Lauryn laughs like a hyena, Allie attempts to laugh like a hyena (thank goodness she's not quite there yet).
I wonder if the whole "just because your friend jumps off a bridge doesn't mean you have to" logic applies when that friend is your sister. Hmmmm...
Anyway, the other day, I saw Lauryn take Allison by the hand and lead her down the hall. They stopped and sat down by the window.
They were quiet, sitting like that, for about 2 minutes. Just sitting in silence.
Suddenly Lauryn jumped up, pulling Allie with her, and announced, "Ok! We're all done thinking now!"
I'm hoping as Allie grows older she will start to use her own brain so Lauryn doesn't have to do all that thinking for the both of them.

Awww, the joy of sisters. Don't worry, I know from experience as a a younger sister that the joys of copying your older sister get really old after a while... =)
Yeah- I learned real fast that I would never be as good as Meredith, so I decided not to even try to copy her. Instead I chose to be EVIL to attract attention in another way. I think it worked out pretty well for me. I have to say...I definitely turned out WAY cooler. :)
