I guess you can't argue with the obvious

Lauryn said to me, in passing, "Oh, guess what (boy's name) did today?"

Not sure where this was going, I curiously answered, "What?"

"He came up to me and said, 'You're cute', and then he kissed me on the cheek."

So, um.

Yeah.

It gets better.

She then followed it up with, "I mean, I didn't know he was in LOVE with me!!"

So I frantically calmly said, "Did he SAY that!?!?"

And she responded with, "No...but he kissed me on the cheek so that's why I think that."
