One fun thing about having your birthday party on Easter weekend is that it's super easy to decorate for the party!
The cones ended up having bunny Peeps on top as well.
Lauryn's party was at the gym where she takes gymnastics. It was soooo much fun, and the kids had a blast! They were exhausted!

Easter morning was fun, but again, a little hectic. Brent had to go out of town for work at lunch time, so we had to rush to do Easter baskets and get dressed before early church! We made it in time, and the girls had fun eating chocolate at 8:00 in the morning.

The egg hunt was moved indoors due to rain. On Easter morning. Again.
I know April is supposed to be rainy, but hasn't it rained for the past 3 years in a row??
I'm not sure what we were writing about on the chalkboard, but apparently she was telling us about something terrible and wide. (Maybe a subliminal message to Mommy regarding the hoarding of all those Reese's peanut butter eggs BEFORE Easter??)
Thanks for looking at all of our pictures! Regular blogging resumes asap...they're keeping me on my toes lately and we have plenty of stories to share!
