The Halloween pictures are finally off the camera and on the computer! Lauryn was Tinkerbell and Allison was a ladybug. We got plenty of wear out of the costumes. Last Sunday we had Trunk or Treat at our church. Later in the week there was a costume parade at preschool. And finally, we had "real Halloween" (as Lauryn called it) on Friday.
Honestly, we could have stopped after the Trunk or Treat and had enough candy to last us through the New Year. We have no business having the truckload of candy that is now sitting on our kitchen counter. I just can't work up the courage to throw it away :)
Brent and I attended a church retreat together this weekend, so the girls stayed with my mom and dad since they live so close to where the retreat was. We had to be at the retreat at 8:30 Saturday morning, so we spent Friday night with them and the girls trick or treated around their neighborhood! We rode the golf cart from house to house and they had so much fun!

They look so sweet!!
And regarding your last post... I still need to get out and buy the first Twilight book!! But I want to and will!
adorable!!
They are too cute. That tinkerbell costume is fantastic! Is it from a store? It looks better quality than the ones I have seen before.
THROW AWAY THE CANDY! Just a few pieces a day makes it a little easier. Better yet, take it to a shelter or children's home. I'll bet your kids would love that!
