Lauryn uses the word "very" in a sort of unique way. I've figured out that she uses it in place of the word "really". Some of the phrases we hear daily are:
"I very miss Daddy." (when he's at work)
"I very hurt my arm/leg/finger/ear/foot/nose/etc.."
"I very want to go to Macy's house."
The other night she threw me a curve ball when she used the word "very" in her prayers.
"Dear God, thank you for this day. Thank you for this beautiful weather. Dear God, it's very cold in the North Pole. I very know that."
Sometimes, I very don't get it.
But I still very, very love her.
