Friday Funnies

*As we were eating breakfast, Allie said, "I bless you'd a lot last night". Sometimes allergies get to her and make her "bless you" over and over. :)

*Lauryn spotted a dead fly in the house and asked if Hope (our dog) would try to eat it. Brent told her no, and she replied, "She's not into that, huh?"

*I got new place mats for the kitchen table. Allie spilled some cereal on hers and said, "Oh, no Mommy! I spilled on your....um...new pretty thing. But I'll clean it up."

*Allie had a star pinned to her shirt when I picked her up from preschool. She was the line leader and the star said "Line Leader Allison". When Brent got home she said, "Daddy, I think you already know my name, so we can take this off now."

*I bought a rug for the entry near our front door. After looking at it for a day I decided I didn't like it. When Lauryn found out I was taking it back to the store she was disappointed and said, "Awww...I'd really like to see some changes in our house."
