We didn't have peanuts or Cracker Jacks, but we had cheesecake on a stick!

We took the girls to a minor league baseball game last night with a big group from our Sunday School class. I realized that we may have possibly dropped the ball (har har) on all things sports-related when I had to explain to L what the four little white squares on the dirt were. After a quick overview of the game of baseball, she was into it. In fact, I think she may have become a big fan, which will make her Pappy very proud! Now we just need to get her to cheer for the right team.

Keeping cool eating ice from Daddy's cup Have I mentioned that she's into making faces when the camera comes around?

Enjoying their "chill" drink...kind of like a slushy sno-cone...yumm!

Around the 4th inning, B took the girls to a big grassy hill on the other side of the park to play. While they were over there he got a foul ball!

But do you see anything sort of...interesting?

It was so much fun...we'd love to go again sometime. We enjoyed official ballpark hot dogs (which were a questionable shade of beige, but tasty all the same), french fries, and the yummy "chill" drink. Probably the best part was my frozen chocolate cheesecake on a stick. Even I can get into the spirit of the game with perks like that!

I love me some minor league baseball! Allie's faces are cracking me up - I'm sure you'll get some great 3 year birthday pics. :) We need to take the kids back to a Cats game.

CHINA?!?!?! What the crap. The all-american game gets their equipment from CHINA?! I am appaled. Or am I appalled? I am too tired to look it up.
