It's a Dirty Job

After the Election Mania surrounding Lauryn this week, I thought it was time for Allie to get her own blog post this weekend!

Brent has been working hard in the backyard on the landscaping, etc. We have had beautiful weather this week so it was a great opportunity for the girls to play outside and help Daddy with some yard work. Lauryn had a birthday party to go to this afternoon, so she didn't want to get too dirty.

Luckily Allie was up for the job!
Allie has always loved to be outside. She will dig in the dirt for hours and be perfectly content.
She lifted that shovel and moved dirt for quite a while.
When we got home from the birthday party she decided she was ready to come inside. I left her in the living room to go change a load of laundry in the washing machine.




I came back 90 seconds later to find this.
She definitely earned a nap today :)
