Everybody Dance Now

Last Friday night Lauryn's school had their annual Daddy Daughter Dance, with the theme this year being "Ties and Tiaras". So cute!

Lauryn was thrilled, to say the least. Dressing up in her fanciest dress and getting time with Daddy all to herself...she was in heaven!

I wish I had better pictures...the sun was just setting so the lighting was terrible. It probably doesn't help that I don't know how to effectively use my camera, and sometimes the "auto" setting isn't the best choice. Also, the grass/leaves/wet dirt were just nasty from all the snow and ice we've had so the background wasn't quite as appealing as last year's picture.

They had a great time at the dance, and I am so thankful for Brent and the kind of daddy he is to our girls. Next year Allie will get to join in the fun, too!
