Finally

So things just keep getting crazy busy around here.

But...here are a few pictures until the next time I can post.

Lauryn came running in the house the other day holding this up to my face.

It's a real lizard in her bug jar. Her daddy had a part in the capture, but she was beaming with pride. She did let me know that she wasn't going to keep him long because she didn't want HIM to die, too. (If you'll remember we've suffered the loss of multiple doodle bugs and worms in our past bug jar experiences.)
Luckily she did let him go and he is (hopefully) still running around outside with his little lizard friends. Although most likely suffering from PTSD.

Halloween was so much fun this year because we buddied up with our best buddies!

The kids were so adorable taking turns ringing the bell at each house.
