Happy New Year! It just hit me last night that January 1, 2000 was NINE years ago. Doesn't it seem like yesterday that we were all sitting around wringing our hands and biting our nails in anticipation, waiting for our t.v. to explode or something when the new millennium began? I can't believe how fast time goes by.
Anyway, we are so excited about this new year for several reasons.
1. This baby will be starting kindergarten in 2009! Again, I have to say it. I can't believe how fast time goes by. She is ready. I am not.
2. This baby WILL become a full-time pottier by the time 2009 is over. If she has to sit on it 24 hours a day during the last week of the year, it will happen. She will also turn three which will cause me many moments of emotional distress.
3. This lovely couple will be celebrating 10 years of marriage (and 15 years of "togetherness") and will take another trip! Alone!
Location is still undecided...we'll take suggestions if anyone has one!

I am so proud of Allison for sleeping in her big girl bed and getting rid of the pacis. Such huge steps. And your Christmas picture cracked me up. I can remember Meredith and I ALWAYS getting the same things for Christmas so we wouldn't fight.
It's really hard to even imagine Lauryn going to school. What will Ethan do without her next year?!? I don't even want to think about it.
It's hard to imagine it has been 15years. I still remember that you weren't sure if he liked you. Who would have known?
I'm still not ready for kindergarten and Addi's been going for 4 months now!
And, potty training is THE WORST!!
Oh, and no suggestions from me...the last time Bryan and I were gone with just us...surprise...I came back pregnant!
