Typically I like to start every Monday with a fresh attitude and a positive outlook. Not many things will change that faster than a sick kid on Sunday night. It kind of sets the tone for the upcoming week.
We'll be starting the week off with a visit to the pediatrician. Yellow goop and an eye that is swollen shut...not hard to diagnose. I love paying $20 for the doctor to tell me something I already know. Hopefully we'll get rid of it in a day or two. My eyes hurt just looking at her.
On a side note, I wanted to be sure and write this down so I never forget how funny Allie is at age 3.
The other day I asked the girls to clean their breakfast dishes from the table. I left the room, but could still hear when Allie started singing "It's the Hard Knock Life" while carrying her bowl to the sink.
I don't think I've ever met another 3 year old who makes me laugh more than her.

Poor baby! Hope she's better soon. It makes my eyes water just reading it.

Oh, man - that is awesome! (well, not the pink eye part...the Annie reference) I really love that kid.
