Our church had a big garage sale yesterday and I was in charge of organizing/running the kids' toys and clothes room. I chose that job because I knew I could work during the week with the girls and they would busy themselves with all those "new" toys. And I was totally right! We were up there three days this week. While I sorted, organized, and priced items the girls played with Barbie dolls, stuffed animals, an old "sit-n-spin", and countless other treasures.
On the very first day, however, they spotted roller skates. We've never owned a pair and they went nuts over them. So of course on the day of the sale I snatched them up before we officially opened and paid two dollars for both pairs of skates.
I would have paid ten dollars for the entertainment alone!

OK with my slow in-the-sticks internet, I opened your page, read the words and then went on to another while the pictures were loading. I just have to say that when I came back, I busted out laughing so hard! That was definitely worth $2.00!!!
Well look at Allie go! Is Lauryn still sure she wants an ice-skating birthday party after all this??
