And the obsession begins...

I don't really get "obsessed" with many things.

Ok, except for the Twilight series.

And fabric.

And maybe finding a good deal at Gymboree.

But usually, I am pretty easygoing and even-keeled.

And then I got this darn cookbook and now I can't be stopped.

So tonight I made the most delicious lasagna ever made. I will tell you that, without a doubt, it is way better than the lasagna at Spaghetti Warehouse. And Olive Garden. And though I feel guilty for saying it, it is better than my Grandma's lasagna, but don't tell her.

The recipe online is slightly different than the one I followed in the book, but not enough to make any difference in the final result. I am kicking myself for not taking a picture of it to post here. Unfortunately it didn't last two seconds before I dove in head first. That wouldn't have made for a pretty picture.

Just trust me please. If you have some time (this is not to be made on a weeknight...at least not at my house) make this for your family or your friends or anyone who has a mouth.

It is the BEST.
