I think I've mentioned that our girls are really into Little House on the Prairie right now. I mean REALLY into it. They beg to watch an episode each night since getting the first four seasons on dvd for Christmas.

It really is a great show with a million teachable moments. We've had some great family discussions about the adventures of Laura and Mary! 

I ordered bonnets for the girls because they were going to dress as Laura and Mary for Halloween. Unfortunately their mother procrastinated and we couldn't find the dresses or the rest of the outfit in time. But they love to play dress up in the bonnets and actually get a lot of use out of them! 

Allie came into the kitchen for breakfast first thing this morning wearing her bonnet and greeted me with, "Good morning, Ma." 

Might have been one of the best moments of my life. :)
