We had a fun Valentine's day that ended with Allison throwing up in the night because of too many sweets. But they sure had fun! More on that tomorrow when I can get my pictures off the camera.
Last night (before Allison began her own festivities) Brent and I watched a movie that I have been wanting to see for quite a while.
Fireproof got minimal publicity from the mainstream media (big shock) but in my opinion, it is something everyone should see. If you've been married one year, fifty years, or even just think you might be married some day, this is an amazing movie that you should absolutely consider watching. Brent and I both really enjoyed it.
And it doesn't hurt that Kirk Cameron plays the main character. Oh, how I loved Mike Seaver!!

I want to see that movie. I love him too and have a huge amount of respect for him and what he is doing in the film industry. It can't be easy being a christian in today's Hollywood.
I heard that Kirk Cameron didn't even kiss the "wife" in the movie but got a double to do it because he didn't feel it was right to his wife in real life (girlfriend from Growing Pains!!). Glad you guys had a good time!

What?! It didn't get a lot of publicity? Then it must not have vulgar sex scenes or crude language. Therefore, I have no desire to see it. (Um....I just realized that the people reading these comments will not know me or know how sarcastic I am).
